1. What this is (and isn’t)
Do We Match is a playful relationship check-up: you and your partner answer the same questions separately, and a neutral AI compares both sides. It is entertainment and self-reflection. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, psychological, or legal advice, and it makes no predictions about your relationship’s future. It will never tell you to break up — and nothing it says should be treated as a professional verdict.
2. Who may use it
You must be 18 or older. By starting the test you confirm this, and you consent to answering questions that touch money, family, intimacy, attraction, and your sex life (see the Privacy Policy).
3. The 72-hour rule
Pairing codes work for 72 hours. Each shared report lives for 72 hours after both of you finish (paid unlocks extend that pairing once by a further 72 hours). When a window closes, the report and all answers are permanently deleted — that’s a feature. If you want a copy, download it while the report is live.
4. Purchases
- Full report — $3.99: one-time, unlocks the locked topics and full detail for the purchasing viewer on one report.
- AI deep-dive — $13.99: one payment covering both of you on one pairing — full report for both plus the AI conversation. Bought upfront, it issues a one-time couple code (exactly two people, no third); bought from a finished free report, it upgrades that report in place.
- Payments are processed by Payhip; you receive a license key which can be redeemed once.
- Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the one that applies.
5. Refunds & reissues
- If a prepaid deep-dive code isn’t fully used within its 72 hours (for example, your partner never answered), contact us — we’ll reissue a fresh code or refund you, your choice.
- If a technical fault on our side prevents you from receiving something you paid for, we’ll fix it or refund it.
- Because reports are consumed instantly and deleted by design, we can’t refund a purchase simply because you disliked the result.
- Refund requests: support@dowematch.org with your license key.
6. Fair use
Don’t abuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempting to access someone else’s report or answers, no probing codes or tokens, no using the AI conversation for anything other than your own reflection. We rate-limit and may block abusive traffic. Answers you write must not contain other people’s personal data.
7. Wellbeing
If your answers suggest someone may be at risk, the product will point to real support resources (such as findahelpline.com) instead of gamifying it. Do We Match is not a crisis service. If you’re in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Decisions you make about your relationship are yours — a percentage on a purple dial is not a reason to make (or unmake) any of them.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes move the effective date above. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
